F.Sc (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering and General Science):
Due to college eminent scholastic standing amongst the sister institutions, it has earned a special position. The institute due to its clean and high moral conduct is respected. The parents requested many times for initiating Higher Secondary Schooling for their children. Keeping in view of the confident performance and parent’s requests, the college planned to launch a new programme (self finance) for the academic classes of higher secondary educational, level only for the female students in the following discipline:
1. Group I: Pre-Medical
2. Group II: Pre-Engineering
3. Group III: Pre-General Sciences (with Statistics, computer Science, Economics)
The existing teaching staff is competent and qualified enough to shoulder this new responsibility without compromising its former duties. The workload has been reviewed and the time has been efficiently programmed to utilize the services of the existing staff and existing infrastructure i.e. classrooms, lecture theaters and laboratories. The syllabus of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Peshawar is followed.
The college hoped that the new programme will not only merit a good name for the college but will also help the students who are not fortunate enough to avail admission in the Government institutions of their choice and have to revert to private institutes which drain their resources to the utmost. Such students will also have a better option available within their means and in addition this programme helps University of Peshawar in raising revenue for improvement of the standard of the institute.
The said programme was successfully initiated in July 2010. We would like to mention that following B.I.S.E Peshawar results; the majority of students achieved A+ and A grades.
