ADMISSION TO M.Sc
Admission to M.Sc. is open to students with a B.Sc. Home Economics Degree, with at least second division (45% Marks) from any recognized College of Home Economics of the country. The selection will be based upon merit. Tentatively, twenty candidates will be admitted in each department. However, number of seats as advertised by the University of Peshawar shall be final.
Students From Other Provinces
One candidate from other provinces including AJK will be admitted in each area of specialization on the basis of merit. They must also fulfill all the other conditions of admission mentioned. However, if local candidates do not satisfy the merit conditions more than one candidate from other provinces may be allowed to seek admission in each Department.
Documents Needed
Admission forms should be accompanied by attested copies of the following documents:
1. Detailed Marks Certificates of all the four-years of B.Sc. Home
Economics.
2. Domicile Certificate of the applicant.
3. Father’s / Guardian’s Income Certificate.
4. Undertaking to be provided by the College with Admission Form.
5. Migration Certificate for candidates who have completed their B.Sc. Home
Economics from a University or province other than KPK.
