Ms. Samina Mukhtiar successfully defended her Ph.D dissertation

College of Home Economics, University of Peshawar (UOP), is proud to announce that Ms. Samina Mukhtiar successfully defended her Ph.D dissertation titled “representation of birds from miniature paintings during jahangir's era:Their re-use in modern creative interior projects” on April 6, 2025. The research was supervised by Prof. Dr. Imrana Semi, ex chairperson, Department of Art and Design, University of Peshawar. The external examiners for the viva was Pro.Dr. Shakirullah, Chairperson, Department of Archeology, Hazara University, Mansehra and internal examiner was Prof.Dr.zakirullah Jan, Chairperson, Department of Archeology, University of Peshawar. Our esteemed guest, Prof. Dr. Sajjad Ahmad, Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences graced the occasion with his presence. The event was organized by Dr. Mussarat Tariq, Coordinator MPhil/PhD, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Shazia Shah, Principal, College of Home Economics. These achievements are a testament to the scholars' dedication and hard work. The College of Home Economics, UOP, congratulates her on this milestone.
