Ms. Salma Rehman has successfully defended her M.Phil dissertation titled, "Change Management and its Impact on Employees’ Performance: An Analytical Study of Switching from Annual System to Semester System in Abbottabad University of Science and Technology, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Kousar Takrim.

Examiner was Dr. Mustafa Afeef, Associate Professor, Department of Management Sciences, Islamia College University, Peshawar.
