Two Mphil scholars defended her thesis under supervision of Dr. Zahin Anjum

Ms. Farida Bibi, M.Phil scholar, College of Home Economics, UoP, successfully defended her M.Phil thesis/viva titled "Nutritional Analysis, Composition and Development of Meal Planning Exchange List of Commonly Consumed Breakfast in Peshawar" under the supervision of Dr. Zahin Anjum, lecturer Food and Nutrition Sciences, CHE, UoP. and Co Supervision of Dr. Imran Khan, Chairman Human Nutrition, Agricultural University, Peshawar. Her examiner was Dr. Ayesha Riaz, Assistant Professor Department of Food Science and Technology, Agricultural University, Peshawar. Ms. Mohaimna Dawood, M.Phil scholar, College of Home Economics, UoP, successfully defended her M.Phil thesis/viva titled "Nutritional Analysis, Development of Meal Planning Exchange List and Calculation of Glycemic Load of Commonly Consumed Desserts in Peshawar" under the supervision of Dr. Zahin Anjum, lecturer Food and Nutrition Sciences, CHE, UoP. and Co Supervision of Dr. Imran Khan, Chairman Human Nutrition, Agricultural University, Peshawar. Her examiner was Dr. Naimat Ullah, Assistant Professor Department of Human Nutrition, Agricultural University, Peshawar. Principal Prof. Dr Shahnaz Khattak, Dr. Farzana GSA, Dr. Fazia Ghaffar, Dr. Shabana Sajjad, all other College HoDs and large number of scholars attended their research presentation.
